Life is always full of twists and surprises. In order to make your learning time the most peaceful and effective, please read the following notes.
PAYMENT
If are signing up for a series of lessons or group lessons, payments are due 48 hours before the first lesson.
If you are setting up a single lesson or workshop, payment is due on or before the lesson day.
Cash, cheque or bank e-transfer are accepted.
INDIVIDUAL LESSONS | single lessons and bundles
All dates are scheduled together prior to the first lesson.
What if you can’t attend the lesson?
If notice is up until 7 days in advance*, the lesson can be rescheduled at the convenience of both parts.
If notice is up until 24 hours in advance**, the lesson will be rescheduled within the following week (7 days). If no date can be arranged in that week, the student will forfeit the lesson.
Within 24 hours, the student will forfeit the lesson.
TANDEM LESSONS | single lessons and bundles
All dates are scheduled together prior to the first lesson.
What if one or both of you can’t attend the lesson?
If notice is up until 7 days in advance*, lesson can be rescheduled at the convenience of all parts.
If notice is up until 24 hours in advance**, the lesson can be rescheduled within the following week (7 days). If no date can be arranged in that week, both students will forfeit the lesson.
Within 24 hours, both students will forfeit the lesson.
In any case, the fellow student can always decide to pay the full fee and keep the lesson(s) as scheduled.
GROUP LESSONS | voice ensembles, workshops
All group lessons are scheduled at the time of booking.
If the participant knows at that time that there are dates they can’t attend, these dates will be deducted from the total fee.
The participant will forfeit any other lesson that they can’t attend in that session.
* 7 days in advance is the exact lesson day and time a week before
** 24 hours in advance is the exact lesson time the day before
Example: your lesson is scheduled for Monday 24th at 6pm
Up until Monday 17th 6pm, we can reschedule whenever works for you
Up until Sunday 23rd 6pm, we can reschedule, but the make up lesson has to be within that same week
After Sunday 23rd 6pm, lesson will be forfeited buy the student
